In my headcanon, after the peaceful resolution to their confrontation in the AI core, Tali and Legion become friends. Tentatively at first, as neither really trusts the other, but neither can they stifle their fascination with each other.

“In my headcanon, in Mass Effect 2, fem!Shep would curl up by Joker’s chair when the nightmares got too intense because she couldn’t trust anyone else on the ship. She would later bunk near Jack or Tali and the engineering crew if Joker’s area became too crowded.”
